  5. That was pretty fun! That would be my "Big Night" as well. Except my bubble bath would probably end with a cat in the tub and my book would be read in two sentence spurts in between interruptions from the rest of my household! Looks like you had a good time making that.

  14. I love the spirit that it channels. It's like something that might have played at a late 40's bachelor party or something. Gorgeous lighting and feel. As ever, your style kills. Great work!

  16. Thank you for the comments Darlene. I was hoping it would feel like a short subject, or maybe an educational short from the late 40's or early 50's. Glad to know we got the feel right.

  18. I love it! Well done to all involved.
I especially like the "don't be silly" looks you give the camera/narrator. :0)
It has made me smile from beginning to end!

  19. The rain was "movie magic".

The direction I gave her with regard to the narrator was like patting him on the head as if to say "silly man".

  20. @AtomicAge: Well, Amanda followed your directions to a T then as that's exactly what I got from those looks. :0) Great stuff!

  21. She takes direction well. Her expressions were EXACTLY what I was looking for.

  22. That was fun & relaxing to watch...hot cocoa, a cozy fire on a rainy night, oh yeah! Reminds me of the little short films they do on AMC (or they used to)...you have the knack. And, Jiffy Pop! Gosh, I haven't had that since the 70s - I need to go buy some now. :)
    Can't wait to see more.

  23. We should charge ConAgra Foods for the Jiffy Pop plug! :-)
